Sponsors of Visitors

  • Creates automated visit requests
  • Manually adds people to visit request or automatically uploads from a form letter
  • Passes can be defined for date range, time range and days of the week
  • Individuals can be marked as escort required, no escort required, or call sponsor
  • Automated system will not allow visit requests for barred individuals

Contracting Officers

  • Creates automated badge requests
  • Manually adds people to badge request or automatically uploads from contractor supplied form letter
  • Badge requests can be associated with a contract number
  • Contracting officer can see the status of every badge and pass issued against a contract number
  • Contracting officers have visibility to make sure all badges and passes are returned at the conclusion of the contract

Gate Security (Reception Areas, Guard Shacks, Visitor Centers)

  • Creates passes for visitors and vehicles listed on a visit request
  • Has restricted permission to create ad hoc passes for visitors and vehicles
  • Cannot produce a vehicle pass for visitors whose driving privileges have been revoked
  • Cannot produce a visitor pass for individuals who have been barred from facility access

Gate Security

  • Gate security personnel can easily locate visit requests for scheduled visitors
  • Standard DLS-3 passes print on light card stock using high speed industrial printers
  • Information about the visit is printed in large easy-to-read letters
  • More meaningful information than paper-based forms
  • Foreign visitors are clearly marked

Unit Security Managers (Department and/or Division Security Managers)

  • Security mangers have visibility over all persons connected with their departments and/or divisions
  • No limit to how many units are assigned to a security manager
  • Security managers can print entry authorization lists and badge inventory reports for their departments, divisions, or physical areas
  • Badge reports can be printed for all types of badges and all statuses

Security Administration

  • Controls which employees can enter an automated visit request as well as the allowed destinations for their visitors
  • Controls which security personnel can perform gate duties
  • Can bar specific visitors from the facility or revoke their driving privileges
  • Can access pass histories
  • Can access incident report data
